Jahi Johnson has been in the financial services business for 25 years. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1999, where he also lettered as a running back on the football team, Jahi became a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. While at Merrill Lynch, Jahi went through one of the most rigorous training programs on Wall Street. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Jahi focused on helping high net worth individuals (Business Owners, Corporate Executives and Professional Athletes) with their financial and retirement planning.

As a planning-based advisor, Jahi was trained to manage clients’ assets and their liabilities. Clients not only inquired about advice on the stock market, but trusted Jahi’s advice on all financial decisions. A big part of managing a client’s financial portfolio was analyzing their real estate and mortgage options. 

While assisting and overseeing client’s real estate transactions, Jahi's passion for this industry grew. In 2006 Jahi decided to expand his business into the real estate market and obtained his real estate sales license. The following year, Jahi got his real estate broker's license and started his own real estate brokerage. Jahi is currently the team leader and broker associate for Paradigm Property Advisors.

Jahi takes an advisory approach when it comes to assisting clients with their real estate decisions. He is a great communicator; extremely thorough with a exceptional understanding of the market and holds his clients’ hands throughout the entire process. Being a real estate investor, landlord and a mortgage broker himself, Jahi has extensive expertise in all areas of real estate. 

Jahi was raised in Sacramento, California and moved to Los Angeles in 1994. When Jahi isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Jahi also enjoys traveling and likes to play and watch sports.
