A little bit about me...
In 2007, Terrell Thomas graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Public Policy and Development with an emphasis in real estate. While attending the University of Southern California Terrell was a standout football player helping the Trojans win 2 National Championships. His extremely successful career at USC lead to him being drafted in the 2nd round of the 2008 National Football League draft by the New York Giants. Terrell played 5 years in the NFL and won Superbowl XLVI with the New York Giants in 2012. Terrell’s career in the NFL was cut short due to injuries, however, he made NFL history returning to the gridiron overcoming 3 ACL tears.
After retiring from the NFL Terrell accepted a position as a regional sales director for a start-up spirits company. As a regional sales director, Terrell was responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local vendors, negotiating deals, implementing marketing campaigns, and creating a superior customer experience for his clients. Motivated by entrepreneurship, Terrell honed-in on his business-to-customer service skills while owning a high-end urban barbershop. As an owner, he implemented innovated marketing strategies, digital engagements on a multitude of social media platforms while redefining customers experience.
Terrell earned his MBA from Indiana University in 2022 to heighten his business acumen. He ignited his genuine love for real estate in 2008, when he invested in his first property shortly after being drafted to the NFL. He has continued to grow his real estate portfolio, developing a personal understanding of property ownership. Witnessing the financial rewards of investing in real estate and wanting to share this with others, Terrell decided to embark on a career as a real estate agent.
In 2023 Terrell acquired his real estate license and joined Paradigm Property Advisors. Terrell is equipped with all the attributes of a successful realtor, he has a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to navigate difficult situations and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. As an investor in real estate for the past 15 years, Terrell has a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to his clients and is dedicated in helping his clients navigate the real estate market.
In his free time, Terrell enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring high school student-athletes and loves to golf.
